Projects

An idea is the starting point of a project and like most projects, to manufacture a piece of plastic, “Mecanitzats Utillatges I Motlles SL” and “Plàstics Andreu-Injectats SL” may develop entirely until its completion.  In this section we will show some examples of the project we are developing.

Breakdown of the project:

“Mecanitzats Utillatges I Motlles SL”

1. The idea and presentation of the project.
2. Analysis and study of the possible piece and the plastic material, including the technical needs of that certain piece.
3. Analysis and study of the mold and its foreseen production
4. The budget of the mold and of the plastic piece
5. Manufacture of a sample prototype with laser machining
6. Design in 2D or 3D of the mold and piece
7. Manufacture of the Mold
8. Cross-check of the correct functioning (operation) of the mold and manufacture of the first samples.
9. Homologation of the piece
10. Delivery of the mold

IF THE CLIENT WISHES “Plàstics Andreu-Injectats SL” will take charge in:
11. Mass production of pieces
12. Cross-check of the productive process in compliance to the norms of ISO 9001:2008
13. Assemble and handling of the finished product.
14. Delivery of the final product.
15. Maintenance of the mold during its useful life
